Very nice, this is how they supposed to look, really nice color, is there any state inspection/rules you need to allow parking it on public road?
Even with many worn out signals (smoke, oil, water, fuel usage) they still drive on, if you can get that pump back on and start again you might get it going for cheap and who cares if it needs a bit of fluids after 100 miles (for now)
The maintenance (baseline, just regular stuff) is below: 1986 Maintenance 26 pag.
I only have diesel stuff but the FSM is easy to find.
Also beware of different rim size, in 4x4 (hi/low) different wheel rotation might lock the transmission (happened before, also just in 2x4)
The springs have a nice arch, (not flat like worn out is) so this looks nice and somehow seems to have had maintenance.
My thermostat housing has no holes rusted trough but the bolts snapped:
