I am having some issues with shifting recently. Before I take the whole thing apart, I figured I would check on here in hopes of a quick fix. The past couple of days I am noticing that the shifting through the gears takes a lot of effort. I have to force it into every gear. No grinding, just forcing. It shifts through the gears perfectly fine when it is not running, but won't shift easily when moving. Any suggestions on where I should start?

I would check to make sure the hydraulic clutch is disengaging properly. Bleed the slave cylinder, and then check the adjustment to the clutch fork. The master could be leaking internally, check under the dash at the pedal for external leaks.

I agree, make sure the clutch is completely disengaging. A bad clutch would slip.

Someone just posted having similar issues but hasn't reported back what the solve was.

If you double clutch it, does that help? If so and there's no leaks present (squeeze the boots on the master and slave and watch out for brake fluid) you likely have a master that is failing internally.
