Luckily for me it had rusted through the roof, the gutter and the frame, in this pic (the welding ain't pretty but it strong...) I'm rebuilding the inside of the roof frame so iI can build the outside of the roof frame.
I did my best to cut out all the little bits of rust where the gutter is attached. That is a weld through primer I've sprayed everywhere
I only had a small cheap bend brake for the sheet metal and couldn't go much bigger than the peice in the picture. This was pretty annoying when they to get the gutter and roof straight in the
coming pics
Gutters 3
I'm oxy welding if anyone was wondering, the corner of this patch pulled in so I couldn't get it, had already set the roof liner on fire at this point....

How the roof is constructed if anyone hadn't seen it while depressed and thread mining rust repair here..
Frame, gutter, roof skin
Roof skin patch panels, all test fitted together
No free lunches here either..
I was wondering if I had bitten off more than I could chew about this part of the build
I started trying to weld the roof skin patch panels to the existing roof skin, only made it 4 tacks in a realised I would have to find another way as it started to buckle the skin badly.
I came up with this stuff and I swear buy it now.
Gutters spot welded and primed
Roof patch's attached with the 3m automix
The only way I could get the curve was with a heap of relief cuts
