SFWDA Meeting and Trail Ride (1 Viewer)

I would like to remind everyone that Saturday March 3 is the SFWDA 1st quarter meeting and Trail Ride at Tracy City. The meeting will be at the Elementary School at 9 AM cst followed by guided trail rides hosted by the Damn Locals.

Is it just gonna be in and out on Saturday or does anyone camp Saturday like a normal ride?

We have not camped in the past. If a group wants to camp we could check with the Damn Locals about leaving tow rigs at school over night.

Well I don't yet know if i can make it at all anyway, but if I make the 6 hour drive over, I would want more than a day ride. Is the wheeling on the lease vice the normal area? Or could I ride the day with the "tours" then ride into one of the regular camping areas? Anybody else in for camping?

And as for leaving tow rigs at the school: I don't know where that is, but if any other wheelers wanted to camp, we could always stage at Andy's shop like normal I'm sure.

They will have guided rides on both areas. Yes you could do guided ride on Sat. the go in and camp for the night and ride Sunday. I am too far behind on work list so I will not be riding on Sunday.

My trailer is still in revision...which means I would have to drive the brown brick all the way there. I'm a maybe...but ill camp and ride the next day too if others in on that.

Looks like I'm out. Doesn't look lime there's enough reason for the long drive for me. Plus my tow rig may need some major work and I have to save that cash for K2 right now.

well im going to the meeting but not wheeling. i pulled my front end apart to find a broken longfield a busted hub gear and a chewed up axle seal.
