sequoia 4.7 with F150 or F150F trans (1 Viewer)

I thought I'd cross post here to see if someone on this forum may know if the 5 speed 4runner trans will mate up to the sequoia 4.7 ?
I'm looking for a manual trans 5 speed or 6 to mate to my 4.7 as I will be dropping it into my fj40.
