My FIL has. 2000 SR5 - and has been chasing an intermittent issue with his ignition cylinder. At shutoff, the key sometimes is stuck in ACC and will not remove from the lock. His first solution was to install a battery disconnect that would cut power. After which he’d hear a “click” and the key could be removed. His other solution was toggle the parking gear override on the transmission which would sometimes free up the keys.
