Looking for the piece of tube going from the AC Expansion valve out of the AC Expansion box and through the firewall. It's about 6" long and has the low pressure switch inline.

I just dug in my parts pile. i thought i had one for you. but go to a local hydrallic shop have them rebuild it. I have one in my area. i could have them look at it for you. Also i have been trying to search the forums for the foam to rebuild the evaporator box. do you have any ideas. i read a build on it a few months back and lost the page.

Thanks, I got it figured. Ended up having to rebuild it myself. Bought some 5/16 aluminum tubing for AC repair and some low temp flux core aluminum brazing wire. Drilled out the stock fittings and brazed in a new piece of tubing after bending it.

No one around Seattle will touch aluminum tubing, I called about a dozen places including Torfab, the big Land Cruiser shop near me, and everything led to having to do it myself.
