Seat Replacements

I have a 1986 4-Runner I am thinking of restoring it, in and out, and replace those awful uncomfortable seats.
Any ideas of what other seats will fit? My wife drives a Mercury Villiager and I am hoping there is room for a set of those seats. Man they are comfy.

It's possible to get just about anything to fit if your willing to do a little fabrication. I loved the Procars I had in my FJ40. Now I'm searching for a set of used Recaros from a Mitsubishi Evolution. I have an Evo and they are awesome seats. Comfy with good side bolsters to keep you in place on the trail.

Bottom line is that you might have to build some new mounting brackets but you should be able to make whatever seat you want fit in there.
