Been needing to upgrade my fuel can game for awhile, the latest hurricane just brought that task to the forefront for me.

I want to get a few (new) Sceptre milspec fuel cans. They are obviously not available here, is any online/ebay dealer the way to go?
Man they are pricey.

Also, what is available for a pour spout for the Sceptre cans?

I like this pour spout for Sceptre. I suggest getting a new gasket when buying a used MFC.

I have previously bought spare viton gaskets from this seller. Been very happy, they even offer an aluminum cap flange.

I run 2 gas and 1 diesel MFC.

I have the aluminum cap flanges. Good seller.

+1. I also bought some of those same gaskets from the same guy, as well as an extra cap that I drilled into to make my DIY field shower. Great service. Make sure you get the wrench. You can torque that cap down and NO ONE is getting in there unless they have the wrench.

no one?
LOL........

One of my old plastic flanges wasn't sealing very well even with a new viton seal. Replacing it with the aluminum flange fixed that issue. My MFCs were all surplus so they have a lot wear and tear.

Check this out. Good price and already have Viton gaskets in place. Only other thing you might want to consider is upgrading the cap parts to aluminum

I bought 3 brand new 20L fuel cans from him. Tried to get the red ones, but he was unable to get them when I needed mine.
He's real, he's nice, and a generally good human.
Definitely get the wrench. I always keep one in the truck and one in the garage.
Changes in temperature or elevation will require venting periodically.
He last posted that thread in Oct. '23 dealing with some health issues. Not sure if he's still running cans. I'll look him up.
