ok, so I’ve been delayed going home and started sketching.

I know we try to get rid of extra pivots and joints in our steering systems, but considering what holds up in desert racing, give me some thoughts on this sketch.

I’ve wondered for years if there could be an effective way to have lots of suspension travel and still have mechanical steering without bump steer.

Flame away!

what, no colored crayons? You need to find an airline that has colored crayons!

now draw some more with it cycled through a few possible axle, and steering positions. I cant picture how this will work and stay stable as the axle articulates.

I bet you bend the secondary "Drag link" Putting all the stress in the middle of it is a sure recipe.
