Pretty sure this is right after you drop in

I don’t think that’s the part that’s sketchy, it’s the off camber shelf section that loops around
Very narrow and a 800-1000ft sheer drop off on the passenger side zero room for error.

The first time half the group went back and I lead a few through.
Last year I lead again and everyone did the loop including you Carl.

Maybe Carl had his eyes closed and camera off…but did the magnetic koozie stay attached to the outside of the Cruiser through this section? That sounds like the true test.

I guess I will have to wait until next year to go back up here. The sheer drop off and zero margin of error sounds like most trails in that area when you are above timberline so I am having a hard time remembering.

I know where you're talking about now.

Yep that’s it. The camera never does justice on the angle.

It was a little sketchy but not too pucker inducing. Before the video I posted earlier, I parked on the side a little dumbly and felt the passenger side get REAL light for a second there....

The leader of the group I was in was driving a heavily outfitted 80 with RTT and such. As he went through that off camber section the shoulder of that trail gave way and the front of his rig shifted down slope. We got him corrected, and then spotted through that spot. This is what initiated our groups excitement. The seemingly never ending fall is what gets your attention.

If you took that same off camber section and placed somewhere else without the exposure factor, it would be a non issue in my opinion.

Exactly why I mentioned the sheer drop and it being on the passenger side you can’t judge where those tire are from the driver side.

In contrast my rig is built for such shenanigans with a low lift and a low center of gravity. It’s very stable in off camber situations.

Yep, that’s the spot that gets folks attention Richard

New kenda 33/9.5's for the 45 are ordered from kansasland tire right now! Glad to support a raffle sponsor. I picked up a set of mc design quick hinges to put in the raffle and will try and bring a knuckle kit from terrain tamer. Winner can choose 40/60 knuckle kit or 80 kit. Should have both with me.

I wish those came on a 16" wheel

Or even a 10½" wide. Somehow 16" wheels have become more obsolete than 15" 🤣

Yessir! The mT2 addresses some of the 16” need. Maybe a bit aggressive for the some applications.
MT2

@tornadoalleycruiser Thanks for the order & support 🙏🏻
