I'm in San Clement and used YotaMasters (Shop - https://www.yotamasters.com/) for all my initial work. The owner, Eric is a great guy! Go to the first page of my build thread: R2M 2013 Lexus GX 460 Overland / Overlander Build
to see what all they did.
I know it's the opposite direction for you but all they do are Toyotas (Lexus).
Also there's Off Road Warehouse: Off Road Warehouse - https://www.offroadwarehouse.com/
They have locations in San Diego. When I blew out my Icon reservoir shocks, they're the ones that rebuilt it. It then blew out again a little over 6 months later, just past their warranty. But they were stand up guys and still honored the warranty, so I guess I'll give them a thumbs up. But I'm not sure if they do trans coolers, but I believe they'll do everything else.
Also they are an every make and model type of shop, e.g.: Jeep Toyota, Ford, etc. So for me I like someone that only works on one type of vehicle and that's ALL they know.
But saying that, I would not disqualify Off Road Warehouse at all.

I have use 'SD Trux' in San Diego for more than 25 years, they specialize in Land Cruisers. During this time they have taken care of two 80 Series, one 100 Series and now my 2019 GX460. They have put on bumpers, racks and sliders on most of my vehicles. There are none better !

I highly recommend the "The Truck Shop". They're a Toyota/Lexus specialty shop that does all typical maintenance and are also experts in custom fab and aftermarket installs. James runs the shop and will take care of you. 8660 Miramar Rd Suite A, San Diego, CA 92126
