I don't like Rustic Green because it's so blue.

It’s not originally. Some paint formulas make it look more blue nowadays, some said it’s because there is no lead in the paint consistence anymore.

Here is a piece of original 621 Rustic Green compared to NCS S 6030-B70G

It was very difficult to match without it looking too yellow or brown.

I don’t think they used any of the formulas. They had it custom mixed.

None of the formulas were what we were looking for. They tweaked it to match a hidden section of the original paint.

Different color but when I painted mine Sky Blue in 2002 my painter used a yellow sealer which of course had an effect on how the blue on mine came out. So no telling what I have.
