Does anyone have the dates yet? I know it’s not final final - but I also know there is one somewhere.

There is a date, they just don’t announce until registration opens.

Also, I’m hoping to take my electric fj45 in 2023 and if like to put together a ‘Get the EV to Rubicon Springs’ run of any willing to offer support in getting me in.

Thank you

We have a trip planned around that time! Would love to support the ev45!! My son and I coming out this year!

No, the fire truck will not be ready. Well, I shouldn't say that. I haven't started on it yet. I promised myself I'd get the EV to point where I wasn't splitting my attention to much and driving myself crazy. But ... the EV is kind of done. I mean, there are a lot of details, but ... what the EV really needs is a lot of driving to figure out it's issues.

So, I've got ... 6 months (more if it keeps snowing like this all winter) to get the fire truck done. It might be doable. But ... I could really use some help. Who wants to spend a day tearing it apart??????

I am in Windsor and can help, also like to pick yer brain regarding EV conversion and best way to achieve finished product, I see kits that provide alot of the stuff you worked thru and am curious as to the cost, options, duty cycle, and why you built your own ? I kinda feel it is due to the use required, durability, & familiarity so fixes are possible vs. stranded scratching head.
Trailer EV to mud run, we could meet early at oak flats ( campground right by air strip ) and do some real testing so you can have some data for Rubithon prep, theres room for speed runs, places to articulate right by camp and there is a steep hill right there for incline.

That's a great idea. When is mud run???

Still raining/snowing! I’m sure Ross is trying to figure out if snowpack is going to be a problem. With school aged kids, I prefer earlier dates but too much snow…….

The plan was for it to be the week after Father's Day as per usual, but like Doug said, with all this snow... Waiting to hear though like everyone else. I'm selfishly hoping for a snow delay as I have a work commitment that will interfere with the June dates :bang:

Its Jan guys it snows every year. We have 4x4 Toyotas June is Going to be fine Regardless if there is a little water on the trail Sheesh
