Have installed and front bumper/winch and welded ruff stuff sliders to the old girl already. But finally painted and installed the Marlin Crawler rear bumper. Now to start working on the rust spots all over the vehicle.
My thought is to remove the knot on the back completely and just have a knob the correct height and width for that slot on the transfer case welded to make that adjustment therefore removing the night to muffler/exhaust rubbing issue
There was no fitting that bushing in that correct order I could barely fit the smaller rubber bushing in between the mounting location and there was no way to put that above so I had to work with what I had
I’m Going to my welder buddies house tomorrow and he’s going to fix the alignment on the current shifter here’s some photos it only has to be shorten 1/2 of an inch and then he can weld a something on the end.
Ordered the Crown Auto Body Mount - J5459515. We will see if it works. Called Crown and asked them for the dimensions of the bushing. The Tech guy had no idea. Could not tell me anything. I will need to go source the washers for them as well.
Removed the passenger side rubber yesterday. Don't have the washers, not sure where they ended up. I am addressing the linkage hopefully with the bushing. And I have checked the dline and trans pan, they clear fine.

So my transfer case uses the Advance Adapters plate to mount the transfer case. The bolts holding the mount to the frame are about 3/4 diameter with a 15/16 head. I will get exact measurements when I get home tonight. Looking on the Advance...
