Rth on CO2 tank. Good deal?

Been in contact with the seller, talked down to $90 for this 20# tank with gauges. Seem like a good deal?

If the regulators are good, then yeah it seems like a decent deal. Check and see when it was last hydrotested. I think most require it every 5 years or so for a CO2 tank. I think testing is less than 20 bucks or so.
