This is one dedicated cruiserhead, he sold his house to buy a cruiser (according to his post). I'm sure there is more to it then that, but let us applaud the dedication to the addiction.

You think .. ?

naaaaa ?

Now either there's a heavy weight in the driver's seat (can't see through the windshield glare) or that's the worst case or cruiser lean I have seen.

it looks like the parking garage or whatever its parked on is not level (downhill to the right). look at the builings in the background, they appear to be leaning to the left.

Look at how the tires and front bumper line up, it definately leaeeeeeans to the left.

Ha, that's funny. My wife would kill me if we sold our house to finance a cruiser. I sold our rental house to pay off some debt and had enough to cover what was left after selling my 80.

where you buy it dude . ?

So I guess that with the higher wattage bulbs and the stock harness you just lose some light power but it is not harming anything on the truck?

Actually not in my experience ..

I have been running Euro Hella headlamps for about 5yrs. Pattern is much better than D.O.T. IMO...especially on high. Went with 100/55W lamps. Bit concerned about load and stock wiring so figured as I run 99% on the 55W side it wouldn't be much of an issue. Haven't had a problem, and the 100W highs are a big improvement!

Right on. I just ordered a pair of Round Eyes yesterday. They only have the glass ones now. The "unbreakable polycarbonate lens" headlights are on back order for at least 45 days and I didn't want to wait that long. Good to hear you're happy with your new headlights. I took "before" pictures already and will compare them to the "after" as soon as I get the roundeyes installed and aligned. Did you have to re-align your headlights? The guy I ordered the lights from said that a minor adjustment will probably be necessary.

I didn't, but probably will once I find some free time. I know my left one is a bit off, but not too bad.

Hmmmm I want to get these next week, I wonder if there is any major difference between the two?

The guy I talked to at Roundeyes said the polycarbonate are "unbreakable" but the glass headlights are still very durable. He also mentioned that he prefers the glass ones, maybe to reassure me and make the sale? Apparently the glass ones are less prone to scratching and yellowing over the years. Personally, I also think the glass ones look better. Cleaned up they'll be nice and shiny whereas plastic probably wouldn't be. Either way, it will be an improvement over what I've got. And I take back what I said about my headlights not needing an alignment - they need to be aligned but I'll wait until I put in the roundeyes.

daniel Stern's website

For aiming your lights I HIGHLY recommend Daniel Stern Lighting's website. He's got very nice and easy to follow instructions for aiming your lights. with the "hotter" headlights it'll be important to aim them properly.

Not sure who that question was meant for, but I've already taken the pics of my OEM sealed beams at night, but have not yet received the Roundeyes. If they arrive by tomorrow, I'll install the new lights this weekend, otherwise it will probably be next weekend. I'll post the before and after pics together as it will make more sense to be able to compare them side-by-side.

The Roundeyes come from California, and I'm quite far away - north of Toronto. It will take a bit longer as they'll have to go through Canada Customs first, so it would be extremely lucky if they came by tomorrow (5 days since ordering).
