I designed them and them cut out locally. Not a style most people like but they have worked great for me so far. I'll have yo grab a close up. Each one is basically customers height for where I wanted my rack and even a little grinding clean up for the exact fit I was looking for to the top

Con-Ferr basket on Craigslist for $60. Crossbars and gutter clamps at a used sporting goods store for $30 (the whole setup). Stainless steel bolts $10. $500 roof rack for $100 - priceless.
