I've had mine for 2 or 3 years. Quality item. I had messed up and got the higher style when I ordered and they made it easy to fix it. Did take awhile to get.
Only rust on the rack is where I scratched paint with ratchet straps. Paint is starting to fade a little I think. Ohio based for weather/salt judgement.
I also purchased a spare tire mount then ended up mounting it on my bumper, easier to get a heavy tire down at chest level than up high.
As far as noise, hard to tell because I put tires on at the same time... And have an exhaust leak.
Mine is mounted farther forward than what the instructions called for, I imagine the wind guard would fit a little better if it was moved back.
Awning brackets are solid, though starting to rust a little as seen in photos.
It's heavy and solid. I like it. Would buy again..
I'll see if I can find the photos of the pulley system I set up to mount it by myself

I've had one on my FJ Cruiser for more than 15 years, and used it a lot. It's still rock solid. I'd buy one again if needed for another truck.
I have one waiting to be installed. Everything about it is quality and overkill. Built nice, packed well, shipped safely. Expensive, yes, but worth it.
