I am replacing the rocker panels and rear sill on a '73 40. Who has the best quality and price for these parts?

Your local Steel supplier or machine shop.

A 2.5" x 2" piece of stock for the sill and any s...c...r.....a....p (it thought I was typing a bad word) they have to cut out and replace your rockers.

Price probably free to 20 bucks. probably 16 gauge on the rockers. Any wall will work on the sill.

CCOT has the best quality I have seen.

whant it done right do it your self.
I used 16 ga. book shelved for my rockers and 2 inch square stock for my sill.

good luck,
chris

Do it yourself and save big bucks. I spent a total of $230 for sheet metal at my local metal bender. I have two quarter panels, a new center channel, new rocker panels, a new sill, a new drivers side floor, and a new cargo floor. They cut and bent the metal to my specs and I welded them in.

The only part I bought was the wheel well tops from Real Steel, and they were junk. Unless they have upped there quality control don't get anything from them. CCOT does make good stuff.
