EDIT: The initial plan is outlined below, however, AOAA will be CLOSED the first two weeks of December for deer season, except for Sundays.
New plan is Rausch Creek.

Gary and I were talking recently about going to Anthracite and exploring the area that was opened earlier this year. We know nothing about it. I think it may be more quad/MX friendly, but I'm not sure. I think @dci blair wheeled there with the FJNortheasters... Any input, Blair?

It may be more of a "drive through the park", so to say, than actual wheeling, and may be a good opportunity for those of you who want to hit some easy trails and not beat up your trucks.

I'll call Anthracite tomorrow and get some more information.

I'd like to see what the enw property looks liek! We've already laid out a decent day's worth of trails on the original property with a few recentyl discovered black trails to explore. But the new side seems to need exploring by the keystone cruisers!

I was there with a guided tour done by Off-Road Consulting. A buddy of my that signed himself up and asked me to go. It was a novice group so mostly logging trails but I saw lots of cool black and blue offshoot trails.

I'd love to go this month but I've been getting a bunch of sidework lately. With the holidays fast approaching I could certainly use the cash.

@Crusha, did you call AOAA?

CLOSED for the first two weeks in December for deer season, except Sundays.

I'm fine with wheeling on Sunday the 11th.

Anyone else, or should we just go to Rausch on the 10th?

Think I'm in either way, I'd like to see other parts of AOAA, but am happy to run Rausch if gets more of us out on the trail!

I would like to come but won't know for sure until last minute. Sunday is probably better and that would allow for AOAA exploration and avoiding any conflict with hunters on Saturday.

Gonna be pretty warm, bring your shorts!

Brrrrr...
