Does anyone have advice on fitting the 2013-2015 headlights into the older LC200's? I'm running CREE LED bulbs but the housings are beginning to show their age. I've search for relevant posts but come up short. Thank you in advance.

Totally agree. If I had to do it again, Id just fork out the extra money for the OEM ones. Its not like the eBay ones are cheap, they're still going to cost you ~$500 bucks or so.The ebay headlights come with connectors for the 2013 so they will not be plug and play either. Might as well fork out the extra cash for the genuine headlights. Make sure to get the Euro spec ones which have bixenon projectors and DRL LEDs. I posted the part numbers in the thread linked above
Those are from the same place in China that I bought. Be prepared to have to seal them up. In addition, I'd retrofit good quality projectors into them prior to installation, and make sure they're secured properly.@ranma21 any update on the headlights you and i have spoken about?

K so it all started with a big hill and a stubborn tree. I am looking to do a full facelift as a result i know the frame member across the front will match. Gonna have to change some mount brackets to accommodate headlights fenders and all that stuff. In thinking out the project i am concerned about the lights plugging in and working with the system. Im actually going from 2010 Lexus which has headlights that move. My friend/ mechanic says it may not work well and set off traction lights on dash. im just trying to make sure i don't bastardize my 30k rig and wind up with a dash like a christmas tree. Not sure how you went from 10 to 19 without a fender, grille, hood, etc.... swap. Assuming you did do just that, i don't see how it can affect your traction control. The LC200 lights do not steer with the wheel as some newer vehicles do. There is a height adjustment in 13+ vehicles but not as part of the TCS. More info would be helpful.
