Dont do it man! the mirrors move in the wind just like the stock tiny 60 mirrors and the euro mirrors. The manual 62 mirrors are undefeated. Just paint them black with SEM trim black

Oh I agree. Problem is how to strip the chrome off a half peeled mirror. Half is gone and half Is locked in place. My past attempt at soaking the parts in bleach made an absolute mess

you could always sand it off if youre really careful and keep it even. I just bought brand new manual mirrors from toyota and as soon as i opened the box i hit them with a scotch brite and painted them
