replacing LX450 headlights with FJ80 headlights

... but it's there is the little gap underneath the hood where the top of the light is.

You are supposed to unscrew the chrome trim from the top of your old headlight (and bottom as well) and screw it into the new headlight. There will be no gap... At least I have it all with no gaps

If it will help, I found that on my '97 LC, the front signal lights (the ones on the side of the headlights) from an LX fit perfectly in place of the stock LC ones.

Just bought an '97 80 headlight off of e-bay and found it definitetly will not fit my 1996 LX450. Anybody have scoop on where I can find a passenger side headlight assembly for a 1996 LX450?

Just go on eBay and get the after market grill. They only runs around 65 bucks. Get some projector light for hid buns while you are at it.
