Dave from Japan 4x4 replied regarding parts to replace louvers. He does see that they come with gaskets. Do they need to be ordered separately?

Years ago I had water leak onto my Jack. Removing the actual vent assembly and sealing between it and the body is what stopped the leak.

Well, I think I just found the problem. Look at pic 1 compared to pic 2. The gasket is gone or slipped behind the louvre in pic 2. My vendor is telling me he doesn’t think they ship with gaskets so how do I fix the gasket issue with the louvre? I’m betting this is a common problem. Thanks in advance for the help.

That “gasket” is not really a gasket and should be on the louvers when it ships to you. I bought three sets of those over the years. Don’t discount what I posted above.
