Replacement Seat Covers? (1 Viewer)

The 70 I bought has mismatched seats. Is there anyone making covers I can use to completely reupholster both front seats and the rear bench seat on an HZJ73. I tried to dig something up myself but my google-fu must have been weak.

Try newer 70 seat covers from Toyota? If change seat cushions at the same time with the same covers they should fit. Otherwise car parts store or Walmart generic seat covers?

Would the seat parts from a post 2006 fit as long as I replace the foam at the same time? Does the same go for the rear seat?

Hello,

I understand seat covers are not available from Toyota. An upholsterer is the option.

Unless you have suspension seats, the design has not changed much over the years. So yes, chances are a post-2006 seat will fit.

It is possible to get complete seats from modified 70 Series, instead of replacing bits here and there.

I would get a set of newer model take-off seats and I would replace the existing ones.

There are plenty of complete upholstery cover sets sold in Japan for the HZJ77 and HZJ73 models. Plenty of fabric options too.
