First, I read through a bunch of older threads, but still had some questions.

I picked up a 05, 470 with 200k miles. All four boots are ripped. The inner boot passenger side is basically completely separated and has no grease left in it. In choosing not to reboot, but instead install need CV axles for 1) piece of mind, 2) I have no idea how long they've been ripped and even though there's no noise I'd rather just put "new" ones on.

In going to go with either remanufactured ones or the FJ ones, which other threads say are the same part.

My questions:

1) Are the NAPA reman, genuine remanufactured Toyota/Lexus CVs or are they aftermarket axles remanufactured?

2) Does anyone have the Toyota part numbers for the correct FJC axles and/or the genuine Toyota/Lexus reman ones?

I thought there was a parts list on this forum, but I looked through the faq and stickied threads and couldn't find it.

Thank you for the help!

This is the Toyota reman number I ordered from Fred Anderson Toyota.

They were back ordered when I ordered, but got the cv axles after 2 or 3 months of waiting.

It’s the same part number for left or right….so I ordered two. The 84 at the end I think means reman so you can order brand new ones without the last two digits…I think
