Recommend a good outdoor lock for a gate.

I'm looking for a beefy outdoor lock to put on a gate.

Something that will last in the elements, and not easy to break.

Are there any clear winners in this category?

I have an American Lock on my property gate. Has been out in the weather for the past 10+ years and still works like new:

American Lock® - Solid Body Padlocks - Solid Steel Padlocks - Round Body Padlocks

It gets opened 4-5 times a year. A spray of lubricant every several years is all that I have done to it. Also use them on my boat trailers and my 26 ' boat while docking overnight in various marinas, particularly while in the Bahamas.
