Rebuilding a F motor (1 Viewer)

Can anybody tell me if there is anybody that offers a complete kit to rebuild a f motor. I'd like to avoid having to get my stuff from $or if possible. And what aftermarket cams have you guys used and how is the perfomance? I already have a manafre header and a holley thats going on. And what is the most cost effective way to get rid of the point style ignition, is there anything cheaper than the dui way? I heard somebody metion before thats theres a forklift place that sells rebuild kits, but don't remember the name. Thanks in advance, Pete

The machinist -- a long time friend -- that did my "F" rebuild got all the parts from his normal suppliers. I don't remember all the brands, but they all came from his wholesalers. I supplied a few OEM parts like head gasket, oil pan gasket and manifold gaskets, but everything else he sourced including pistons.

So the parts are out there and you DO NOT have to buy them from $OR.
