Which parts can be cleaned, refreshed, rebuilt and are typically good-to-go for another 200k+ miles? Whether sent out or DIY. Not talking major components like engine, tranny, transfer case, or axles. Things that come to mind...

Steering gear (Red-Head Steering Gears)
PS pump
Fuel injectors (RC Fuel Injection (formerly RC Engineering))
Starter
Alternator

What else, where else?

The main and rear heater cores are technically rebuildable as they can replace the core.

With Steering Gear, I would just buy a new 105 Box from Japan. It costs the same, with current favorable exchange rates, as a HD rebuild from Red-Head Steering. Although, a standard rebuild is less 1/2 the cost than a 105 Steering Box from Japan. I would take New over Rebuilt all day long.
 
Calipers spring to mind and possibly the MC as well. Rebuild kits were available for both once upon a time. Not sure if it is still the case.
 
All suspenssion bushings in the various links and arms.

Aren’t those replace rather than rehab?
Why would I replace my LCA's or Panhard Bars or Radius Arms when I can refurbish with new bushings?
No different thought process than replacing the brushes in the alternator vs replacing the entire alternator.

Window regulators, need a lathe and welder, but its doable.
 
Any brass radiator can be re-soldered.
An original plastic-aluminum radiator can be rebuilt if the parts are still available (top and bottom tanks, rubber gaskets) but it could end up costing more than a new OEM radiator.

Wiper and window lift motors can potentially be rebuilt but IME the main issue is that the original magnets get weak with age which
results in the motor producing less torque. Finding (new) correct size magnets from an outside source might solve that problem.

I'm going to have to say no to that one. Permanent magnets typically don't weaken with age, or at least within a 30 year period.
That said, I had to rebuild my wiper motor as the magnets came unglued inside the housing.
A bit of cleaning, some epoxy, some lubrication, and my wipers have never been faster.
 
Charcoal canister can be rebuild
Instrument cluster gauges can be reworked
