Rear Wiper Motor

My 98 LX470 has a non-operational rear wiper. It rained for the first time since I have owned it, and I immediately couldn't see out the back.
I took the motor out tonight and found that it didn't work when applying power to the black/blue-stripe.

Does anyone have a source for new ones? I don't care if its OEM, I just need a rear wiper.
Anyone have a working one that they took of they want to sell me? Or a cross-over part from something else?

The dealer can get them, but they are $475, which is a lot. I will keep looking for a used one I think.
