Does anyone have a line on a good connection for the rear for the fridge and accessories? Something with a few usb ports, a cig lighter port, and a volt meter? I see the ones on Amazon but wondered if there’s anything better suited. Thanks!

for a fridge forget cig type outlets, modify the fridge cable and run an Anderson type plug into a dedicated anderson outlet where your fridge is located - theyre much more stable and provide a really good secure connection especially when off roading

Like the forklift battery connector? Where would you run that to, straight to the battery with an in line fuse? That big connector seems overkill for a little fridge I would think. I’m all ears though to learn something new

Yes, however the smaller 50A connector.
Most new fridges these days are utilising these connectors due to their more secure connection & power handling. Cig type plugs work however are not as secure and the pointed end of them becomes extremely hot as all the power is focussed on that point - just unplug one whilst the fridge is running and feel it
I cut off the cig plug on my Waeco fridge lead many years ago and changed to the anderson. Was experiencing error LED's with the CIG plug and all of that is a thing of the past with the anderson.
I run a 6B&S cable from the aux battery to the rear of my 80 series and have two 50a anderson connectors back there, one on each side. One is used for the fridge and the other for whatever else, usually a solar panel when camped. The 6B&S cable is also fused at the battery with a 50A auto reset breaker

Installed on rear passenger panel
Left to right:
Dedicated dual 45A Anderson for the fridge. Constant voltage but controlled by a dash switch and relay.
Constant voltage dual Anderson for diesel heater or my smaller air compressor.
Cig lighter plug just in case. Can be used to charge my Jackery while driving.
Dual USB with voltage monitor and on/off switch to charge cell phones while at camp.

I have a new 100A Anderson for running my new air compressor that's not pictured but mounted on the same panel.
