Looks like its Poles 1 and 2. see diagram below. Hope this displays as intended.
1. INSPECT BACK DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY
Set the back door lock to the full-latch position.
- Apply battery voltage to the door motor terminals and check the operation of the door lock motor.
OK:
Measurement Condition Specified Condition
Battery positive (+) → pole 2 (ACT+)
Battery negative (-) → pole 1 (ACT-)
Moves to open-latch position
- If the result is not as specified, replace the back door lock assembly.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance:
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
1 (ACT-) - 3 (+) Open-latch Below 1 Ω
1 (ACT-) - 3 (+) Full-latch 10 kΩ or higher
- If the result is not as specified, replace the back door lock assembly.

Costs bugger all. $30 I recall from Amayama.com. Turns up in post in a couple of days.
