I've been meaning to get a light upgrade in the rear of the LX but never got around to it. I was going to install a work light on the rear door like many do but this solution came up on Aliexpress for $15nzd which is less than $10usd.
It's essentially a light strip that fits behind the weather strip. Easily wired into the little light on the right side (by the 8 seat controls).
The before and after photos show you how different the light output is.
