I have a 2000 LX, unfortunately the rear quarter window glass (outward venting) got smashed. The correct 2000 window appears to be discontinued from Toyota (also checked partsouq/amayama), but the 03-07 100 series windows are still in the supply chains. Wondering if anyone has experience putting the new glass in an older 100 series.

Thanks!

AFAIK the shape/size is the same
difference would be in the tinting/color

Which side do you need? Whereabouts in Utah? I've got driver's side glass from my '04 in SLC that I'd love to get rid of!

Bummer! Had my passenger rear quarter panel smashed on my 06 LC a year ago. There are tint differences within the 100 generations (98-02 vs 03-07). I can confirm all USDM 100 series quarter panel glass are the same "fit" after some searching for the right tint (trial and error). Worth noting the rear passenger has antenna integrated to the glass too. Installation/replacement is pretty easy if you choose to do it yourself.

If you are lucky, getting Lexus one keeps it looking OEM. Worth noting the rear passenger has antenna integrated to the glass too.
