HELP!!!!! Rear quarter pop windows aren’t fully working 2002 LC100 (1 Viewer)

Ok so basically the rear vent windows both worked for a good while, the right one you had to press the close button to open it and vice versa, but the left one was always normal. At one point, the left one switched to close to open like the right one, but went back to normal at some point. Earlier today, the right one went completely out and stopped working while it was open and all I really did was go back there and like clean it off and mess with s*** not really knowin what I was doing and the right one worked again. Then later tonight the left one was closed, and then I couldn’t open it again. The motor was completely silent just like how the right one was earlier in the day. So I’m kinda thinking that I didn’t really fix anything earlier and it’s just like the fuse or at worse some wiring BS but I don’t even know where the fuse is for those rear windows. Does anyone know where the fuse is for those back windows, knows what this problem is, or just has advice on what works?

I was thinking fuse also
do you have the owners manual? the fuses and locations are listed in it
I'm thinking the fuse box to the left of the brake pedal is the location, but not certain
