Well 81270-60130 (which shows available) looks the same as 81270-60120 as far as the part goes. Didn't really dig too much into it though.

My bad. I thought we were talking about only the housing part that holds the lights for the plate, not the holder itself. Not sure if there is a main assembly part number where you get to buy both the light housing and the plate holder as sub-assemblies pieced together.

You're correct I am primarily looking for the housing for the lights but if I can find main assembly, that would be better. This would save me from having to make a mounting plate that adapts the light housing part to the bumper's flat plate.
