rear defroster popped off. what to do? (1 Viewer)

so, here i am. living in flagstaff ,az . waiting. no, praying for snow and what happens! the stupid defroster wire pops off the rear window. my question is. do i sauder or try the useless conductive glue- agian? any advice appreciated. my next step will be, either:

1) break the window and file a glass claim with my insurance agent.

or

2) call dan and get aquote on a new rear window.

thanks,, i did the same with help of an aircraft mechanic. the solder seems to have held. will check it in the morning when the frost forms,,,,,,,
