I know Marlin's got the goods on front axle seals, but does anyone out there have a comparable rear axle seal? Ordering my Poly Performance axles, and want to put together my rear axle "kit".

Nothing available aftermarket. Go to Kurt at cruiseroutfitters and order up the rear wheel bearing kit and be done.

FYI - If you are replacing the rear bearings, Auto Zone has a free tool rental that I used to get out the old bearings. The side hammer worked pretty well and you can't beat the price.

I had in excess of 300K on mine when I replaced them and they still didn't leak, I was just being cautious since I was changing diff gears at the time. I don't know how you could improve on the quality of the OEM seals.

I just...

I just put a new Aussie in the back, did wheel bearings and seals while I was at it. Go the wheel bearing kit from specter off-road. Toyo bearings and the seals were great. all buttoned up. Not too expensive either. Came with new c-clips for the axles to.

Let us know how those axles went in. Also interested in them

I thought Marlin had a heavy duty seal for the rear as well, think I saw that well nevermind. :bang:

They're for the mini-trucks. Very different seal.
