I noticed recently that I have gear oil dripping on the inside of both my rear tires. Ive never torn into the rear axle, so I am planning on just doing a whole rebuild. What are all the part numbers for everything I will need? Its a 94 with a FF rear

I have look at this thread (https://forum.ih8mud.com/80-series-te...ce-photos.html), but the only part numbers I got were...

90060-36064 x 2
90060-36067 x 2
90311-62002 x 2

Any help will be much appreciated

Thanks!

this made me go back and re-read Onur's rear axle rebuild thread...
man I can hardly imagine Onur's truck ever looking that great :hillbilly:

No way is that beno's truck.

I don't recall your rig looking that good at CMCC in '06. Is that a stand-in pic?

Just for anyone else searching I guess a couple part numbers have been superseded.

Inner Bearing 90368-49084-77 X 2
Outer Bearing 9008036067 X 2
Oil Seal 90311-62002 X 2
Oil Seal 90310-35001 X 2
Hub Gasket 43422-60040 X 2
Diff Gasket 42181-60060 X 1

In the case of the full-float axle there is no cover to pull.

Oh shoot. Ur right. Do these bearings need to be pressed in and out? Seems I'm finding different info online. Are the part numbers above correct?
Does anyone make a kit for the full floating?
I found a kit on FJ parts but it appears to be missing a bearing from the kit. Thanks for any help. I jus saw my rear axle is leaking

Bearings are in the hubs, pull um out if changing bearings you will pound out the races and do just like front axle. Call @beno he will hook ya up. Axles pull out if stubborn u can put two bolts in the outer flange to push them out same with the disc or loosen the shoes and disc will pull off. Lock the rear if you have factory lockers or the collar can fall blocking your re-entry

90311-35001 x 2

Where does anyone source this part from. I cannot find it on amazon or toyotapartsdeal. All I see is direct shipping from china for bulk amounts. I ordered a rebuild kit from cruiser outfitters but need to order the oil seals separately I guess.

That is a typo.

90310-35001, any Toyota dealer can obtain them.
