In the process of putting my rebuilt Carb back together. Idiot being me didn't pay close enough attention as to the order or which port the 1st and 2nd slow jet came from and also the 1st and 2nd main jets. If anyone out there can straighten my dumn ass out I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you:beer:

Tap, tap, tap is this thing on?

With the orientation of the carburetor on the manifold, the 1st slow and 1st main jets are toward the valve cover.

Excellent, thank you very much.

Nothing like a classic thread for a classic cruiser...

Alright, I'm rebuilding a spare carburetor ( carb ) to swap into my 60 while I decide what to do with my stock one.

I can not find any reference to how the numbers on the slow jets correspond to the 1st or second position. I read above where the 1st one goes (toward the valve cover), but how do I tell which one is first?

One of my slow jets says 9 0 or 0 6 (I can't tell- depends on orientation). The other one says 6 5.

The main jet numbers are 147 and 200.

Depending on how this temporary replacement runs will determine whether I rebuild my stock carburetor or send it to Mark or Jim.
