What year did toyota stop painting the firewall black? Should Andy's 40 be black?Don't know for 64 but the early cruisers had a black firewall.
Nice work Andy. That rim looks the biz! Is it a sign of the standard of the rest of the truck..?
Yep. I intend to do this one up to last another 50 years.
It will be Driven regularly unlikely Off-road though. Thanks for your interest.
You got holes in the floor to guide the placement of that leg?

I think it's street by street. I basically did a frame off on my street haha and I live in a nice neighbourhood. I guess it depends, because the people I thought would blow their stack ended up congratulating me..Just out of curiosity, do the people in your neighborhood allow that there. Every time I have done that, complaints beyond belief.
I think I saw this advertised on gumtree recently , is it the same one?Ring the 'nerd alert' bell!
I've realized that I love the smell of old Cardboard Parts Boxes!
Well I had a council guy drive bye and he said just make sure people can see them .. I had some reflectors and stuck them on whilst he was there he said it was fine and have fun restoring themJust out of curiosity, do the people in your neighborhood allow that there. Every time I have done that, complaints beyond belief.
