Ratcheting seat belts 2nd row (1 Viewer)

Can someone let me know if the USA 80 series 2nd row seat belts have the ratcheting feature (pull the seat belt all the way out and as it goes back in it will ratchet back in, locking as it goes in) for locking in child seats?

Thank you, my 1993 jdm hdj81 does not, so before ordering some seat belts, I wanted to make sure the US version does ratchet.
