Here's one...what does having the BRAKE, VSC TRAC, VSC OFF, and ABS warning lights all on most likely mean? Truck drives fine and no codes could be pulled at AutoZone.

Trac and VSC are likely off due to malfunction - I would focus on brake and ABS. Master Cylinder? Blown ABS fuse?

An ABS fault will put all those lights on as those other systems rely on the ABS being fully functional so e.g. a wheel sensor fault. Do ABS faults usually show up on ODBII code readers? I don't have ODBII but I thought it was just drive train codes. You can get the code with a Toyota code reader or just short a couple of wires in the diagnostic port and count the light flashes, FSM has the details and is how I get all my codes.

How do I check the relays? Fuses all look fine. ...and do I unbolt the ABS sensors and wipe the magnetic crud off of them?

Look in the diagnostics section of the FSM and you should find where it describes how to read the ABS fault code by shorting a couple of connections in the diagnostics port and counting how many times the ABS light then flash's. I would look in the FSM and give you a page reference but we might be looking at different versions of the FSM. The code should point you in the right direction to figure out the fault. I would do that first.

Did that for the front as I have had both of those out over the past few months. One looked oK, the other, was completely covered in mud. I cleaned it off with electric contact cleaner spray and put everything back together. But still have the lights lit up on the dash. Should I disconnect the battery again, wait for 15 minutes and then reconnect, start truck and then let idle for 15 minutes?

Should I just purchase both ABS relays?

I guess I could follow Jon's advice and see if I can pull a code by shorting pins somewhere...Looking into that now.

Did you do any wheelin this weekend? If so you might want to engage 4-Lo and move forward and backwards, go back to neutral then back to 4-Hi, etc. Might be worth trying... Did you do any work on the Hundy or make any changes prior to all the lights coming on?

No off-road. Did just have the flashers go out about a week ago, but I figured it was just a bad relay. Only thing I have really done lately is ad the Titan winch. You think I could have done something to the electrical system? I hooked the winch up directly to the battery terminals and ran two grounds. I wonder if the winch plus 100W HID Lightforce 240s, and 55W HID lows have anything to do with it. They are all hooked up directly to the battery even though all three have never been on at the same time...

Make sure you charge it for 24 hours on AC before moving it over to the truck (per directions). I was playing with it tonight. Definitely a good accessory to have, especially at the price of...FREE!

... Thanks. Another HID convert I will somehow end up doing. I'll be picking up one, and paying a homeless person $5 to get me another one. It gets me another light and a hungry person some food. We both win.
