Radiator whoes.

So after all my work on upgrading things on the 91 I see fluid dripping from under the beast today. It's Rad fluid leaking from the seam next to the rad cap. I have done searches and didn't see much definative on rads for 91's so am looking for info on replacement. Does a 93, 94 three tube brass fit a 91 or do I have to go with the plastic 91, 92? CDan is going to get another order this week!

Look at it this way try to get 14 years out of a rad in a us made are of the same year and miles .
You wont have replace it again till almost 2020

might want to check your power steering lines now since the radiator has to come out to replace them

T stat, fan clutch were replaced at 120,000 so I won't be doing that. I might consider the PS hoses as those are leaking slightly. Thanks for the thought.

I had to replace my radiator due to the exact same problem. Hair line cracks right next to the cap.
I got a rad from radiatorbarn for about $184.00 if I remember correctly.
In the end, I've basically replaced all the coolant components on the rig as the prior owner had the T-stat broken and didn't fix for a long time.

How long ago and how was the fit? I hesitate to put in aftermarket as there seems to be a bit of do it again in a year syndrom due to the lack of quality.

I've had the radiator 1 year and 4 months. I've never had a problem with it.
The fit was just like factory. Exact same mounting points compared to stock.
The only thing I had touble with was that it was a bitch to get the stock out. No FSM when I replaced them out. Getting the new one in was not difficult at all.
