I believe this is the transmission fluid inlet to the radiator. Has developed a leak. I cleaned it off and ran it for a few minutes developing this drip. Tried to tighten the fitting and it seems to spin and not really tighten up. Same with the other trans fluid fitting on the other side of the radiator.

Anyone know what this fitting looks like? Just threaded into the radiator? O-ring to seal it?

Searched a lot and haven’t found anything. Looks like the fitting comes assembled as part of the radiator.
 
This is the fitting as it comes out of the radiator. There is an o ring on the inner sealing flange.
Looks like a straight thread with sealer on it. I dont remember where the large nut and washer went in the assy. Maybe you can figure that out by looking at yours. Don't remember breaking the plastic tank to remove them, but mayby I did, LOL, it was a long time ago that I removed them.

Try a dab of silicone/FIPG on the threads

Aftermarket radiators, often leak coolant at ATF cooler fitting. I find the nut loose. Snug the nut, takes care of most.

But best is OEM, where I've not seen issue with these leak, due to loose.

One other leak I see. Is where A/T fluid cooler hose coming from AT, is not held be by stabilize bracket as designed. Hose then bounces around, which may then leak.

Be warned: If ATF, from fitting (not from hose). The leak could be between AFT cooler and coolant it's submerged in. This can lead to cross contaminations. It just one more reason I use Toyota Radiators.
 
I can’t thank you guys enough, great info to go on.

I think I’ll probably just do a new radiator. Don’t really want to have it fail on me. I’ll figure out how to check for cross contamination… really hope not. Didn’t see any pink frothyness on the transmission dip stick.
 
ON all new radiators, make sure that fitting is tight. Some comes loose and need tightening.
 
FYI, pic in post 2 are parts from original oem 2002 radiator.
 
If its the 20 year old OEM radiator, I would highly recommend just replacing the radiator. If there is any chance that hte cooler is compromised, mixing ATF and coolant will ruin your transmission. Not worth the risk.
