Parked next to this G-wagon today.
Until I got my 200, I though the G wagon was the same size.

And that solid front axle is nice too.Would be nice to have front and rear lockers from the factory...

Zero appeal - Look at how low the hitch/rear frame is mounted on the G63. Not a very good design. Wonder if the next gen will improve this.
Anyone actually wheeled their G-Wagon?
Like...WHEELED-wheeled it?
Honestly curious, because I've never seen one even slightly dusty, much less scratched.
Anyone?
Personally, I tried light offroading the G wagons and since they felt soo heavy it wasn't fun for me. I know the LC is comparable in weight but it feels much lighter on its feet and more nimble. I do think G wagon is much more attractive but I need 3rd row seating.
Full disclosure: I am not a true offroader, I am a wannabe Baja Racer. I hate slow speed manuevering, dont have patience for it and wish I could be flying through the desert at triple digit speed.
