Typical hard and cracked hose... Which hose is this exactly? I was thinking it's okay to replace with something from Napa or the like, cut to length?

Fuel vapor/vacuum hose. Jon has posted part number above.

Awesome, thanks guys. Do you think some bulk Napa cut-to-fit would be fine here, as long as it were rated for fuel/vapor?

The others are in pretty good shape since I've replaced (unfortunately one by one)

I would think any cut to fit would be fine there, it is not a tight bend and it is also one of the easiest hoses to reach. Probably a 5/16" or 3/8"

Hey, I’m having a hard time identifying this hose. It’s between the thermostat hard pipe and the tee that goes into the firewall. I noticed that it was swollen and soft when hot and looks like it could burst at any minute while driving. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Maybe a part number?

@3L96LX450 : are you asking about the S shaped hose?

Click on the link above in post #11, there are a sequence of photos showing the part numbers for hoses and clamps in the engine bay.

Quick answer: that S shaped hose is part of an Assembly (87209-60290) consisting of a brass T connection and two hoses attached to it
or looks like it's still available by itself (87245-60340).
