I have a bulb out in one of the quarter window switches and I am trying to figure out how to access it. Does that part of the dash come out or do I need to get in there from behind?

Are you talking about the vent windows? The switches just pop out.

Are they just pried out? I don't want to damage anything...

Use plastic pry tools. If it's easier, pop the side mirror control out and then you can push them out from behind.
Yes, and you should get the plastic levers for popping out dash pieces. they are $3

or, you can pull the black trim under the instrument cluster off and then pull the kick panel down and pop the switches out. NO prying required!
