Hello all,

Since our Master switches are becoming unobtanium, I decided to take mine apart to see why the buttons are floppy and easy to trigger. The coil spring pushes on a little plastic A shaped slider or cam, if you will. 3 out of 4 have failed. Does anyone know where these can be sourced, or even what they are called? I have been searching to no avail. Thanks in advance.

If anyone with a 3D printer wants to give it a shot, let me know. I can remove the one good piece and send it out for replication.

I dropped off the sample with a 3D printer locally today. He said he should be able to make them. If anyone else needs to fix floppy switches, let me know. I should know by next week if the replacements work.

Please keep us posted, I have had recurring issues with the master switch on BOTH of my 100s and have three extra switches in various states of disassembly in my garage. Curious to see if this resolves it and happy to order some of these parts.

I got the first batch back from the 3D printer. They were a little rough around the edges and needed some sanding to fit. They need to be no more than 2mm thick and ended up 2.34-2.45mm thick near the top. My friend said he will try another material as well.

I was hoping this would be a drop in solution that he could produce and offer, but I am not sure now. Because they are so small, they may be reaching the limits of his printers capabilities.

But my window switch is now working again.
